A selection of dvds, books, childrens toys and games are also provided. 

Entrance hall with stairs to first floor.

 

First Floor

One double bedroom and one kingsize bedroom, both with flat screen televisions and en-suite bathrooms.

Landing with stairs to second floor.

 

Second Floor

One twin bedded room and one family room with a king size bed and two singles.

Both rooms have flat screen televisions and en-suite bathrooms.

 

Garden & Outside

A large flat garden lies to the front of the property, ideal for summer games. There is also ample seating, tables and a barbecue. A large car park lies to the left of the entrance with parking for 10 cars.

 

Immediately in front of the building is a small parking area for loading and un-loading luggage etc.

 

The garden and car park are not enclosed and there is a water-course with a footbridge over between the garden and the car park so children and pets should be supervised at all times.

 

NB: the grounds to the side and the rear of the propery are for sole use of the owners.
